  • Why do you charge for running diagnostics?

Our diagnostic fees are necessary to cover the expenses associated with the time, specialized equipment, and professional expertise required to accurately identify the root cause of vehicle issues. This process extends beyond simply reading error codes and requires the skills of experienced technicians who have undergone years of training. This also allows our technicians to take the time needed to ensure we get the right repair the first time, every time.

  • How often should I get my oil changed?

We recommend adhering to the oil change schedule outlined in your vehicle's owner's manual. The traditional '3,000 miles' rule has become outdated for many modern engines and oils. For instance, if you're using synthetic oil, you may be able to extend your oil change interval up to 7,500 miles.

  • How often should I change my other fluids?

Brake fluid: 50,000 miles. Coolant: 75,000 miles. Transmission: 75,000-100,000 miles. Differential fluid: 50,000 miles. Power steering: 75,000 miles

  • How often should I change my air filter?

Generally, it's advisable to replace your engine air filter approximately every 30,000 miles. However, this can vary depending on your specific vehicle and driving conditions.
  • Do you offer warranties?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive 36-month or 36,000-mile warranty on the majority of our services, whichever comes first. This warranty demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our work.
  • What is the point of a tire rotation?

Tire rotation is crucial for extending the lifespan of your tires. By regularly redistributing the wear patterns across all tires, you can significantly prolong their usability. Neglecting tire rotation may lead to more frequent tire replacements or, in worst-case scenarios, tire failure while driving.
